These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Vegas Hero, operated by Win Top Ltd. By registering an account and using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the rules set out below. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

Player Eligibility and Account Responsibilities

To register and play at Vegas Hero, you must be at least 18 years of age. It is your responsibility to ensure that online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before opening an account. Adult residents in the United Kingdom are eligible to register and play under these terms.

Each player is permitted to hold only one account. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under your own name or another identity — is strictly prohibited. If we identify multiple accounts linked to the same individual, we reserve the right to close the additional accounts, void any associated balances, and withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation.

You are responsible for ensuring that all personal information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and kept up to date. This includes your name, address, date of birth, and payment details. We may request supporting documents to verify your identity at any stage. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account.

You must keep your login credentials confidential. We accept no responsibility for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security over your username and password. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify us promptly.

Deposits, Bonuses, and Withdrawals

The minimum deposit required to fund your account is £20, and the minimum withdrawal amount is also £20. We aim to process withdrawal requests within 0 to 24 hours, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected. Your real-money balance is always used before any bonus balance when placing wagers.

Where a bonus is applied to your account, specific conditions attach to that bonus. The welcome bonus carries a wagering requirement of 40 times the bonus balance before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds can be made. During any period in which a bonus is active, individual bets must not exceed £5. Attempting to circumvent bonus conditions — including placing bets above permitted limits or exploiting promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with normal play — may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to: multi-accounting, collusion with other players, fraudulent chargebacks, the use of automated software or scripts to interact with our platform, and any form of gameplay designed to exploit technical errors or system vulnerabilities. Where we have reasonable grounds to believe that prohibited activity has occurred, we may suspend your account, withhold funds pending investigation, and report the matter to the relevant authority where required.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, we will endeavour to notify you in advance. Continued use of Vegas Hero following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with a change, you should cease using the service and contact our support team to discuss the closure of your account.

If a dispute arises in connection with your account or these terms, you should raise the matter with our customer support team in the first instance. We will endeavour to resolve all disputes fairly and in a timely manner in accordance with our internal complaints procedure and the requirements of our licensing authority, Curaçao eGaming (licence number ALSI-202505034-FI2).
